Materials/techniques: Hand dyed and commercial cotton fabrics, fused, inked Tiger Swallowtail butterfly, machine applique’ and quilted, signed, piped and traditionally bound.

Artist’s statement: The beauty of nature is all around us.

Dedicated: In memory of Glenn Woodruff who had a flower and garden center. You could find butterflies in his plant displays. This is a duplicate of Garden Scene made for Janet and Fred Woodruff in memory of Fred’s brother, Glenn.
