Artist’s statement: During the making of this quilt, I could almost hear Bertie playing her fun music.
Dedicated: “Bill Bailey Won’t You Please Come Home” was some of the honky tonk music Bertie Noorlag played and sang to entertain family and friends, but when Alzheimer’s attacked her brain, the music stopped. How unfortunate!
